Datuk Husam bin Musa
Chairman
Datuk Husam bin Musa was appointed as Chairman of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. on 1 August 2024.
He graduated in Bachelor of Economics (Bec.) from the University of Malaya in 1983.
He has served as Chairman of various committees of the State of Kelantan Darul Naim such as Public Administration, Economic Planning, Finance and Community Development Committee; Economic Planning, Finance and Welfare Committee; Kemubu Agriculture Development Authority and the State of Kelantan Darul Naim subsidiary, Kifalah Sdn. Bhd. since 2004 until 2020.
Datuk Husam was a Chairman of Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad between 2022 to 2024.
Datin Paduka Kartini binti Hj Abdul Manaf
Datin Paduka Kartini binti Hj Abdul Manaf was appointed as a Director of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. on 29 June 2022.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University, USA. She graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, USA and Diploma in Banking Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA.
Datin Paduka Kartini began her career with Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) in 1983. She served PNB in various capacities for over 30 years until her retirement as Deputy President of Strategic Investments on 31 December 2019. She served in various key positions, which were primarily related to investment management and corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, portfolio management, property investment and business development.
Presently, Datin Paduka Kartini is a Director of Lembaga Tabung Haji, Duopharma Biotech Berhad, TMK Chemical Berhad and Venturetech Sdn. Bhd.
Datuk Seri Nor Hisham bin A Dahlan
Datuk Seri Nor Hisham bin A Dahlan was appointed as a Director of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. on 1 August 2024.
He holds a MSc. in Environmental Planning from Liverpool John Moores University. He graduated with Diploma in Library Science from Institut Teknologi MARA (currently known as Universiti Teknologi MARA).
Datuk Seri Nor Hisham began his career as an Assistant Librarian at Tun Abdul Razak Library of Institute Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam in 1980 before joining public service in 1981. His career path reflects a commitment to public service and an eagerness to contribute to various public sectors such as Department of Public Services, Malaysia, Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Economic Planning Unit (EPU) of the Prime Minister’s Department, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Federal Territories.
He has close to 40 years of experience in the civil service. Throughout his service in civil service, Datuk Seri Nor Hisham has served as District Officer of the Hulu Selangor District and Land Office, District Officer of the Gombak District and Land Office, President of the Subang Jaya Municipal Council. He also served as the 12th Mayor of Kuala Lumpur from 2018 to 2020.
Dato’ Wan Hashimi Albakri bin W.A.A Jaffri
Dato’ Wan Hashimi Albakri bin W.A.A Jaffri was appointed as a Director of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. on 15 February 2022.
A no stranger in the field of general management, property development, construction, geotechnical engineering building materials and design as well as asset management, Dato’ Wan Hashimi Albakri has held various leadership roles such as at Kinta Kelas Bhd, Island and Peninsular Bhd, General Lumber Construction Sdn. Bhd., Irat Management Services Sdn. Bhd., Putrajaya Holdings, Putrajaya Homes Sdn. Bhd. as well as Negara Properties (M) Bhd.
He had also dedicated his career over 15 years with Sime Darby Property Berhad where he has advanced rapidly through different business and operations roles within the company since his tenure back in 2008. His key achievement in the Group includes achieving RM3.0 billion sales for Sime Darby Property Berhad as he sits as Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer Township Development, he was also appointed Director of Battersea Power Station Holdings Co. Ltd. including its subsidiaries: Battersea Power Station Development Co. Ltd and Battersea Power Station Estate. He was also the Exco Chairman of Battersea Power Station Development Co. Ltd and Director of Sime Darby (Hong Kong) Ltd.
Besides that, Dato’ Wan Hashimi Albakri is also affiliated with Construction Industry Development (CIDB), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Perbadanan Kampong Bharu and past Chairman of REHDA Wilayah Persekutuan.
A decorated corporate-man, Dato’ Wan Hashimi holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kingston University, United Kingdom. Besides his corporate suit, he also attends training locally and overseas including Senior Management Development Programme by INSEAD and Harvard Business School. He was also a Panel Speaker and Moderator at the 20th National & Property Summit 2017.
Dato’ Wan Hashimi is also a Member of Corporation of PR1MA and Senior Advisor – New Venture, Strategic Investment & Project at Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad and Advisory Council Member for PKNS on the SA Sentral Urban Redevelopment Project.
Dato’ Syed Naqiz Shahabuddin bin Syed Abdul Jabbar
Dato’ Syed Naqiz Shahabuddin bin Syed Abdul Jabbar was appointed as a Director of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. on 1 July 2019.
He holds an LLB Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Australian National University, Canberra, Australia in 1996. He was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 1998.
He is a Consultant for Naqiz & Partners. Having practised law for more than twenty-six years, he has acquired in-depth knowledge not only on legal intricacies but has also gained a solid knowledge-based on various industries ranging from finance, power, construction, automotive, defence, information technology, telecommunications, real estate, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and logistics.
Dato’ Syed Naqiz also sits on the Boards of Awanbiru Technology Berhad, Yayasan DRBHICOM, MMC Corporation Berhad, UOB Asset Management (Malaysia) Berhad and Icon Offshore Berhad. His broad legal, management and industry experience adds value to the companies which he advises. He is also directly involved in the retail and Food & Beverages industry and is the Vice President of the Bumiputra Retailers Organisation (BRO).
Tuan Haji Zarulakmar bin Abd Aziz
Tuan Haji Zarulakmar bin Abd Aziz was appointed as a Director of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. on 1 August 2023.
He holds a Master of Business and Administration from University of Victoria, Australia and graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from University of Tasmania, Australia.
Tuan Haji Zarulakmar has over 30 years experience in property industry holding senior management roles with established and reputable developers such as Perbadanan PR1MA Berhad, Sime Darby Property Berhad, Guthrie Property Development Holding Berhad and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor.
He had successfully managed township developments in the areas of feasibility study and strategic planning, project and contract management, marketing and sales, facility management and stakeholder management. He spearheaded the award-winning Bukit Jelutong township development and successfully turnaround USJ Heights development with improved financial performance whilst adding value propositions to the development.
Tuan Haji Zarulakmar was also directly involved in the business development team of Renong Overseas Corporation to explore business opportunities in Vietnam, Philippines and Uzbekistan.
Nik Fazila binti Nik Mohamed Shihabuddin
Puan Nik Fazila binti Nik Mohamed Shihabuddin (Puan Nik Fazila) was appointed as a Director of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. on 10 October 2024.
She holds a Bachelor in Economics from the Flinders University of South Australia, Australia. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Malaysia Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Puan Nik Fazila started her career at Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) in audit and business advisory services. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of accounting, finance, business assurance and corporate transactions. She served in various senior roles which included a General Manager of the Corporate Audit Division at Sapura Telecommunications Berhad, Group General Manager (Group Finance Division) at KUB Malaysia Berhad, Chief Financial Officer at UDA Holdings Berhad, Chief Financial Officer at Biotropics Malaysia Berhad, Group Chief Financial Officer at Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM) and her last position at CCM was a Group Managing Director.
Presently, Puan Nik Fazila is a Director of MBM Resources Berhad, Duopharma Biotech Berhad, Farm Fresh Berhad and Prolintas Managers Sdn. Bhd.
Dr. Shahril bin Simon
Dr. Shahril bin Simon was appointed as a Director of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. on 2 November 2023.
He holds a PhD in Islamic Finance from the University of Bolton, United Kingdom, a PhD in Financial Mathematics from the University of Malaya and a Master of Quantitative Sciences (Financial Engineering) from the Universiti Teknologi MARA.
He brings over 20 years of experience across diverse domains, including investment banking, asset management, private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, corporate finance, securities services, wealth management and Islamic finance. Currently, he is the Head of Group Investment Management of Lembaga Tabung Haji. He undertakes the responsibility of managing and creating value for strategic investee companies spanning diverse sectors such as technology & telecommunication, financial services, plantation, properties, hospitality, marine, transportation, manufacturing, industrial services, and consumer goods.
Dr. Shahril also sits on the Board of TH Plantation Berhad, TH Travel and Services Sdn. Bhd., Sigma Entity Sdn. Bhd., THP Applications & Services Sdn. Bhd. and Cebergi Lawiang Sdn. Bhd.
